Greetings and Salutations, thank you for visiting my page. My name is Geno and I would like to provide you with a little information about myself as well as my mission and passions from which I know you could all benefit. Firstly, as a graduate of The American Institute of Alternative Medicine 9-month accelerated program, I am currently a State Licensed Medical Massage Therapist and Certified Neruomuscular Therapist certified via the Infamous Lou Peters, LMT, CNMT. I work with communities from athletes to teens to seniors. I have a vast background of over 14 years of experience while practicing in Ohio, California, and North Carolina. My specialties include trigger point therapy, neuromuscular stretching, Thai massage, sports massage, and overall maintenance in range of motion while healing ailments that do not necessarily require surgery. Additionally, I have two Master Degrees; one in Exercise Science and the other in Educational Studies. I will further explain how I utilize my education in the next section of what I currently do.

I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I currently teach at the YMCA of Columbus, Ohio providing classes such as stretch, step aerobics, line dance, boot camp, and many more. Concerning my massage and therapies, I provide inbound and outbound appointment options for your care and comfort. In these ways, I apply my degrees in a manner of teaching through group fitness as well as my education and knowledge in injury prevention and performance enhancement. During my learning and training, I have obtained a vast knowledge of the musculoskeletal system as well as the components of the kinesiology of the human body. Over the years, I have successfully deterred exacerbation and/or treat conditions such as arthritis, scoliosis, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, golfer elbow, and many others. I have also successfully assisted patients who no longer need surgery after doctoral diagnoses with other musculoskeletal conditions. I also work well with range of motion applications after surgeries and the breaking down of scar tissue that mitigates this range of motion

Since the start of the pandemic which provided much isolation for many, I have delved into health and beauty. I started with merely making different oils for skin care with the use of essential oils. As a research student, I have found effective ways to create products not only for beauty but also for health. My line is Valentine’s Sanitizers and Scents (Valentine’s S&S). This has officially become a subsection of my website where you can also send inquiries about my line of health and beauty products. One of my first products that seemed to be a hit was my moisturizing hand sanitizer. Of course, everyone knows hand sanitizers have alcohol, which dries the skin, cuticles, and nails. Although essential to kill germs and bacteria, I have found a way to continue to utilize the effects of alcohol and added ingredients, which result in soft, luxurious, sanitized skin, cuticles, and nails. These sanitizers come scented as well as unscented, however with the use of alcohol, I would strongly suggest some sort of scent to offset the smell of 90% alcohol blasting in the fact upon use. My moisturizing sanitizers contain more antibacterial agents and oils as well as high-quality moisturizers and tantalizing scents. I have now grown into making sugar and salt scrubs for the face, body as well as the underarms. Research shows the underarms should be exfoliated more than the face. MESSAGE!!! My items also include lip and underarm exfoliates as well as newly introduced deodorants. Soap-making will be coming soon!!! All products are 100% natural.

A few fun facts about myself: I love video games and I am extremely competitive. I enjoy writing as my secondary passion while dance is my first passion. I do not have a specific style that I desire, however, hip-hop does top my list. I enjoy cooking, hiking, music, road trips and GOOD FOOD.
